運送方式與政策

客單準備時間

所有的現貨訂單，需2-3天的工作天寄出。週日不寄送，如遇佳節假日貨單數量較多的狀況，寄送時間可能會延遲，請容許我們多幾天時間準備您的禮物，如遇延遲較久的訂單，我們將會主動以Ｅ-mail或電話與您聯繫。

運送基本費用

  • 黑貓宅配T-cat：NTD 105元，寄送約2~3個工作天；可寄送台澎金馬。

  • 台灣郵政post office（1）：NTD 80元，寄送約3~5個工作天；可寄送台澎金馬。

  • 台灣郵政post office（2）：NTD 300元，寄送約7~14個工作天；可寄送香港、美國、澳洲、法國、德國、新加坡、南韓、紐西蘭。

  • 台灣郵政post office（3）：NTD 500元，寄送約14~18個工作天；可寄送加拿大、北歐、泰國、英國、荷蘭、瑞士、義大利、西班牙，與其他地方。

  • DHL：視情況而定約為NTD1000元，寄送約2~3個工作天；世界各都市。如有需要請於網頁下方『聯絡我們』填寫您的寄送地，將有專人為您服務。

  • UPS：視情況而定約為NTD2500~NTD4000元，寄送約2~3個工作天；世界各都市。如有需要請於網頁下方『聯絡我們』填寫您的寄送地，將有專人為您服務。

  • 台灣滿三千免運送費。

  • 台灣以外其他國家滿三萬免運送費，此條件僅限於使用台灣郵政寄送。

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

  • 台灣郵政 post office：3.5 USD, 3~5 business days. Gifts can be sent to Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu.

  • 台灣郵政 post office（1）：10 USD, 7~14 business days. Gifts can be sent to HK, the U.S.A., Australia , France, German, Singapore, South Korea, New Zealand.

  • 台灣郵政post office（2）：17 USD，14~18 business days, Gifts can be sent to HK Canada, North Europe, Tailand, the U.K., Dutch, Switzerland, Italy, Spain.

  • DHL：35 USD, 2~3 business days. Gifts can be sent to most common capital cities. If you need this service, please apply in contact us.

  • Free shipping over $3,000 NTD in Taiwan. 

  • Free shipping over $30,000 NTD to most common capital cities by Taiwan Post office.

​所有銀製、K金等貴金屬奢侈材料之商品，皆為工藝師一件一件製作。

  • 商品購買恕不接受退換貨。

  • 訂製服務依照個人尺寸以及需求開設專案，無退換。

  • 您收到貨品後如因運輸過程造成內部商品包裝破損不完整者，請於到貨當下拍照並24小時內與我們聯絡。並保留完好的包裝、保證卡、以及單據等。

We offer fine jewellery with brand gift box packed, all the jewellery is hand made.

  • Return and refund is not offering for any products and services under MIN JEWELLERY® and Vivian Min™.

  • If the product or the packaging was broken due to shipping, please contact us with specific photos in 24 hours.

保養方式 Maintenance Instructions

  • 珠寶首飾請勿碰觸化學藥劑，以避免金屬產生化學反應。

  • 自行保養：建議可用洗碗精洗淨飾品上面的油垢，並用紙巾吸乾，收進珠寶盒裡。

  • 鉑金、Ｋ金、銀皆會氧化，只是氧化的程度不同，影響表面色澤；發現氧化反應時，可用貴金屬擦拭布維持表面色澤，沒有配戴時，建議收納進珠寶盒中，減少氧化發生。

  • 鉑金、Ｋ金、銀皆可每日配戴使用，為避免人體會有角質代謝堆積成塊附著在飾品上，建議定時清理。

  • 人體汗液易導致飾品產生氧化反應或約束肢體活動，建議運動時卸下飾品。

  • No chemical touches to jewellery piece; for example, cleaning kitchen or toilet could happened to meet some chemical compounds, please be aware.

  • Under most of the situation self maintenance can keep your jewellery piece clean and shinning. Please use dish washing or clothes washing detergent in gel style to wash out the oil.

  • Luxury metals still oxidised with time and the colour of oxidised is depend on the metal kind. If you find it oxidised too mush, you can use our polishing cloth for polishing; after using the cloth, cleaning water is required for washing out the piece. Also, you can handle to us for your jewellery maintenances.

  • Every jewellery work can be wore daily; and yet, in a certain amount of time, skin and oil could stuck onto it. Please clean your luxury piece before it happens.

  • When you have silverware work that is not in shining style and it need to be cleaned, cigaret ash can be used for slightly cleaning.  The polishing cloth is highly un-recommend for use.
